    We offer metal fabrication, installation, certified welding, 3D scanning, defect detection, and related services (commercial/residential) as outlined in our agreements. Scope, timeline, and deliverables detailed in written contract signed by both parties.



  2. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate/complete project info, site access, and requirements.

  • Respond promptly to approvals, feedback, or info requests.

  • Obtain permits, approvals, and permissions needed.

  1. Fees and Payment

  • Fees outlined in proposal/contract.

  • Payments per agreed schedule.

  • Late payments may add fees/interest.

  • Fees non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

  1. Intellectual Property

  • We retain ownership/copyright of designs, drawings, shop drawings, and materials produced.

  • Client granted license for use solely on agreed project.

  • No unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification.

  1. Confidentiality

  • Both parties keep sensitive info confidential.

  • We may showcase completed projects in portfolio unless client requests otherwise in writing.

  1. Project Timeline

  • Timelines in contract; subject to change for unforeseen issues.

  • Client/external delays may adjust timeline.

  1. Liability

  • Not liable for delays, damages, or costs from beyond our control (third parties, regulations, force majeure).

  • Disputes resolved amicably or via mediation first.

  1. Amendments and Revisions

  • Extra work/revisions beyond scope subject to additional fees.

  • Requests within agreed timeline.

  1. Termination

  • Either party may terminate with written notice per contract terms.

  • Termination fees may apply for work done/expenses.

  1. . Warranties and Guarantees

  • Services performed with reasonable skill/care.

  • 10-year warranty on special finishes where stated.

  • No other guarantees unless written.

  1. . Governing Law

  • Governed by laws of Florida.

  • Disputes under exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

  • We may update terms; significant changes notified to clients before effect.
